The IQ8AC Microinverter is part of the groundbreaking IQ8 Series, the industry’s first microgrid-forming, software-defined microinverters with split-phase power conversion capability. This innovative microinverter efficiently converts DC power to AC power using our proprietary application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), enabling operation in both grid-tied and off-grid modes. Built with advanced 55 nm technology, it boasts high-speed digital logic and superfast response times to changing loads and grid events, reducing constraints on battery sizing for home energy systems.

As a key component of the energy system, IQ8 Series Microinverters seamlessly integrate with the IQ Battery, IQ Gateway, and the App for comprehensive monitoring and analysis.
