We select the shipping method based on the order size and product type:

• Parcel Shipping: For smaller orders, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
• LTL Shipping: For larger or fragile orders, the estimated delivery time is 3–15 business days.

The actual shipping method and tracking information will be noted in the email once the order has been shipped.

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

How to Request a Return

• Email return@solardino.com with your return request.
• Include clear images or videos of the product to help expedite your request.
• Once we review and approve the return, we will provide you with shipping instructions and an RMA label, which must be printed and included when shipping the item back. Detailed packaging instructions will be provided when we send the return order approval email.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will email you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all components intact.
• All accessories or gifts supplied with the product must also be returned.

Additional Notes

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all return orders.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any necessary packaging materials. For example, if the products were delivered on pallets, they must be returned with pallets as well.
• We are not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping; therefore, delivery insurance is recommended when shipping the order back to us.

All solar panels with glass are shipped via LTL.

We have learned that when shipping fewer than 10 solar panels, the chance of damage significantly increases. Therefore, we recommend ordering more than 10 solar panels (of the same model) at once. We are not responsible for any damage if the order contains fewer than 10 panels. Please do not purchase the exact number of panels needed for your project to account for potential damage.

This policy does NOT apply to foldable or flexible solar panels.

Warranties are fulfilled by manufacturers.

To file a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer directly and follow their warranty claim procedures. Warranties typically apply only when the product is installed by licensed, trained, and insured electrical professionals. For safety, proper installation, and compliance with local codes, we strongly recommend hiring such professionals.

Warranty claims may be denied for the following reasons:

• Damages incurred during installation or removal
• Damages caused during mishandling of the product or inappropriate environmental exposure
• Damages caused by improper maintenance
• Tampering, altering, and/or disassembly of the product
• Using the product for purposes other than its intended use as specified by the manufacturer
• Lightning, fire, flood, or acts of God
• Any product whose serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed
